Anticipation in the Multilateral System

Can international governance frameworks and institutions adapt to a less stable, more complex world and still be fit for purpose?

The author explores some of the challenges facing governments and international institutions and asks how we can help them to be more response, to look forward further and faster. This article demonstrates some of the early exploratory work that must be done by such institutions if they are to adapt to the world as it is today.
