Reading Landscape with David Holmgren

Beautifully crafted film with permaculture pioneer David Holmgren in discussion with those living on the land in his native Australia, comprising generations and diverse background.

Not so much a "how to" but a "why to" film taking viewers into what it means to connect deeply with land and understand it as a living process. The film is about both what can be learned as well as how we can be more deeply integrated into place as a part of landscape. Each section opens with watercolor illustrations, capturing the evolution and integration that is presented.
