The Ouroboro

I created this painting during the turn of the seasons, thinking about the cyclical nature of life. The Ouroboro represents the concept of rebirth and regeneration: in every end there is a new beginning. In this painting I placed the Ouroboro on top of a quadrant, each quarter representing a season symbolizing life in its everchanging existence.
